Sequim’s blue skies opened, citizens of Sequim came to dance. Over 100 people came and went as folks danced to the Cool Jam band. The J.C. Penny parking lot had the perfect cement floor for dancing. Rose Marschall of Sequim went online and encouraged folks to come join the fun. Ross, who attends many dances and also works out locally at the Sequim YMCA, enjoyed the Sunday afternoon freedom protest dance. The event drew many old timers as well as younger generation dancers.
