Judge Brent Basden denied Save our Sequim (SOS) and Parkwood Manufactured Housing Community’s motion for injunctive relief which was filed May 5th.  The court date was June 22nd and Basden’s decision was delayed until he could review more information supplied that morning.  The Memorandum Opinion was issued June 24th.
Defendants are The City of Sequim and Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe.
The plaintiffs challenge the Constitutionality and application of Municipal Code provision utilized by the City in the application process by Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, who seek approval for a building project within the City of Sequim.
