City of Sequim Issues Application to Tribe

A Notice of Decision for Design Review Application for the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe Medical Center has been issued, by the City of Sequim.
The revised SEPA threshold determination (MDNS) was issued May 8, 2020.

All appeals of the decision must  be filed by 4 PM on June 5th 2020, with $600. fee to appeal determination.  If a Type A-2 decision is appealed, an open public hearing will be held before the Hearing Examiner consistent with the requirements of SMC 20.01.200.
