Sequim
It was a day of jubilee and hope, in downtown Sequim, as citizens gathered to recognize our law enforcement.
Some praised fire fighters and paramedics as well, for keeping us safe.
Approximately 130 people joined together with flags and signs to make a positive statement for America.
As people in cars honked and waved to signal agreement, many folks stopped and snapped photos.  Police cars drove by and at one point, a young police officer joined the group to say hello and thank you.
As music played in the background, supplied by a participant from Port Angeles,  patriotic songs boomed forth.  Songs such as, “Proud to be an American”. Yes, we are proud to be Americans!
